We are a small boutique winery specializing in oak aged wines. All of our premium varieties are fermented in Pennsylvania white oak barrels. The wood has been aged for 3 years, is water bent and medium toasted over an oak fire. Come drink some wine while sitting on our covered patios overlooking Lake Erie, our wine bottle shaped pond and surrounding vineyards.
